Naga9 Terms & Conditions — Transparency is our promise

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with Naga9, you must be 18 years of age or older. The details you provide during registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and email — must be accurate and truthful. Naga9 reserves the right to close any account found to contain false or misleading information.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed and all balances may be forfeited. Naga9 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time, such as a copy of your national ID or passport.

• All information must be kept accurate and up to date
• KYC verification cooperation is mandatory
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility

2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Deposits on Naga9 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 with no upper limit. All deposits are generally credited instantly. In some cases, a delay of 5–15 minutes may occur due to the bank or mobile operator.

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours of approval. In some cases, additional time may be required. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

3. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Naga9 regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated alongside the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the required bet amount has been met.

The welcome bonus applies only once to a new member's first deposit. Any attempt to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts from the same household or IP address will result in cancellation. Naga9 reserves the right to suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

• Bonus validity is typically 7 to 30 days
• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus will expire and be cancelled
• Some games may contribute less toward wagering requirements when playing with a bonus
• Naga9 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus terms at any time
• A promotion cannot be combined with another promotion unless stated otherwise

4. Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on Naga9 are determined fairly through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This technology is regularly audited by independent third parties to international standards. No outcome is predetermined, and neither players nor staff can influence results.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, Naga9 will attempt to refund the bet for that round. However, if the outcome has already been determined according to server logs, that result will be considered final.

• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to generate abnormal profits is strictly prohibited
• Use of automated betting software or bots is strictly prohibited
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited
• If you encounter a technical issue during a game, notify support immediately

6. Security & Privacy

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Naga9 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: providing false information, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, use of automated software, suspected money laundering, harassment of other members, or any other fraudulent activity.

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned after investigation. However, bonuses or funds obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited. Members may also request account closure themselves — in which case any valid balance will be refunded.

8. Changes to Terms

Naga9 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via the website and by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account and your valid balance will be returned. We always aim to briefly explain the reason for any changes so members are fully informed.
